For the next two weeks, we welcome Emma Shobbrook as our 2013 Artist in Residence who will be working with students in Years 2 – 7 and Reception. Emma Shobbrook is a printmaker and has been a practicing artist for 15 years. She will be teaching printmakingand stencilling techniques to the boys

On 13 and 14 June Isaiah L undertook the Hanyu Qiao Chinese Speaking Competition. The competition comprises three categories including 'Prepared Speech in Chinese' (50%), 'Chinese Culture Performance' (25%), 'Knowledge of China Written Test' (25%).
Isaiah’s high quality performance placed him as the Number One contestant overall. As the first place winner, Isaiah will be the only contestant to represent SA, WA, NT & ACT by joining with other contestants from the remaining states to represent Australia in the International Finals in China later this year. It has been a number of years since SA was represented in the International Finals

South Australian Heats of the Auction Idol competition

St Peter's College welcomes participants and judges to Saints today for the South Australian heats of the Auction Idol competition being held in Memorial Hall today from 9am to 6pm. All the best to our three contestants this year – George T (Year 11), Will F (Year 11 ) and Joe M(Year 12).

Uniform Shop School Holiday Opening Times

The Uniform Shop will be closing for the April School Holidays from Friday 12 April 4pm and re-opening on Friday 26 April. On Friday 26 April the Uniform Shop will be open 9am – 5pm. Normal trading hours will resume from Monday 29 April

The Last Hurrah Cocktail Party

The Saints Boat Club Parents’ Committee are holding a Cocktail Party at the Boatshed on the River Torrens on the last Friday of Term 1 to celebrate the end of the rowing season. As well as being a great social event, silent auction prizes will aid in fundraising to buy single sculls for rowing training. Friday 12 April 2013 - 6.30pm – 11pm.
